The Open is contested on the classic 6.2 km popular circuit, and can be done either walking or running; it is ideal for beginners. The Half event is over 16 km; the Pro competition is over 10 km; and the Trail is over 23 km, and is for regular mountain runners.

14th Aristot Mountain Athletics Meeting
Athletic gathering of Aristot, with two circuits: Open and Pro. The Open option is a classical 5 km popular circuit which can be done walking or running, in fancy dress, or doing total running. It is ideal for those just beginning this sport. In contrast, the 24 km Pro circuit counts towards the Circuit Fer (Iron Circuit) and is only apt for experienced mountain runners.
