ALMOND FAIR – Vilagrassa (l’Urgell)

19th edition of the first monographic fair dedicated to almonds in Catalonia. It includes an exhibition of the different varieties of almonds, showing their transformation and use in the food industry. Technical dissemination of new developments in almond cultivation. A craft market and the sale of local products. A competition to raise a sack of almonds to the bell tower. The awarding of distinctions to people recognised for their contributions in the field of culture.
