The local council of Os de Balaguer and the Confraria de Campaners de Catalunya (Brotherhood of Bell-ringers of Catalonia) have prepared this gathering in order to pay tribute to all bell-ringers, whose enthusiasm and hard work have managed to keep this deep-rooted tradition alive and which, at the same time, forms part of the local culture and character.
