The Artisan Cheese Fair of the Pyrenees will be held within the framework of the thousand-year-old Sant Ermengol Fair. The event will bring together 40 artisanal cheese-makers from the Catalan, Aragon, Navarrese, Basque and French Pyrenees. There will be a space for tasting and for sales by the producers themselves, a technical day, guided tastings and presentations in the tasting rooms, and the Artisan Cheese Competition of the Pyrenees, etc.
