Above all, this festival – which was created in 2018 – offers high-quality musical proposals accompanied by gastronomy tastings in small municipalities in Central Catalonia, as a way of promoting their baroque legacy and unique landscapes. Through culture, Espurnes Barroques (Baroque Sparks) aims to jointly promote the rural environment and provide affordable experiences which also have a social and educational perspective and to thereby create a unique spectacle which is open to everyone.
