Competition which brings together shepherds from all over Europe and an international jury. A meeting space for the livestock sector of the Pyrenees –livestock farmers, business people from the rural world, non-profit-making entities and institutions– to promote consumption and exchange between local producers. There will be workshops, exhibitions and talks, etc.
