Within the framework of the thousand-year-old Fair of Sant Ermengol, there will be the 25th edition of the Fair of Traditional Cheeses of the Pyrenees, which will bring together around forty traditional cheese-makers from the Catalan, Aragonese, Navarran, Basque and French Pyrenees. A tasting space which includes: producers selling their own products, a technical workshop, guided tastings, presentations in the tasting rooms, and the Competition of the Traditionally-made Cheeses of the Pyrenees, etc.
