The streets fill with craftsmen, who demonstrate very old trades: basket-making, weaving, iron-working, glass-blowing, clog-making, barrel-making, mattress-making, pottery, sandal-making, etc. Demonstration of how to make cigars and “orelletes” (a papadum-like product). Stalls directly selling local products.
