During “Benvinguts a Pagès: La Festa” (Welcome to smallholder farming: The Festival), local producers will open the doors to their farms and workshops and show the work that they do from day to day to cultivate their fields and pasture their animals. This is a good way to promote the point of origin of everything that we eat and to make visible those who are behind the food that reaches our tables. It is also an opportunity to get closer to local farms and to fill pantries by buying food directly from its producers.
The offer from agri-food producers is complemented by other tourism agents who contribute to the promotion of local producers and their products.
All of them can be visited, by prior booking, during this event, and there is a free open day at the weekend.
