The traditional St. George’s Day gathering, in honour of the patron saint of Camarasa, is a traditional festival with many years of history. In the past, the local citizens of Camarasa used to walk up to the hermitage above the village.

At around midday, there will be a mass at 12 pm, with the singing of “goixos” (religious songs) and the sharing of blessed bread, the dancing of “sardanes” (traditional Catalan folk dancing), and the sale of flowers and books. Private meals will be organised as part of the same event.

A festive day to enjoy with family and friends.
