Gathering of local Catalan residents and people from the French settlement of Ustou at the Tavascan pass, with a tasting of typical local products from both settlements and also musical performances. This is the 6th year that this event has been held, with the participation of people from the local territory, the Regional Natural Park of the Pyrenees of L’Ariège and the High Pyrenees Natural Park.
