The proximity of this village to La Ribera d’Ebre has led Bovera to celebrate this festival for a fifth year. “La Clotxa” is a typical dish from the lower Ebro valley. It consists of a round bun which is half-hollowed out and filled with tomato, onion, garlic and herrings.
