The Quince Fair is the only fair in the world dedicated to this characteristic and – at the same time – little known fruit, which is found in abundance in the Conca de Tremp and other places in the Pyrenees, thanks to the warm summer climate and the plant’s resistance to cold winters. The fair offers a wide range of quality food products, which are mainly from the Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenees area, as well as a display of handicrafts made in the local area. This is the ideal place to try quince aioli (as part of a traditional popular breakfast), which is one of the star products of the fair. At the same time, it will be possible to enjoy some of the gastronomic workshops and cooking demonstrations that will form part of this event.
